Q: What is My Rewards?
My Rewards is a lifestyle membership program with discounts from over 6,000 merchants across Australia and New Zealand. As a member you will have access to the benefits of My Rewards.
Q: What are the logos on my membership card?
Your membership card includes the My Rewards logo. Depending on the offer, you may need to present your membership card to verify that you are a member.
Q: How do I log in as a member?
If this is your first time to this member website select First Time Login above. If you have previously logged in enter your username and password below:
Simply click "Sign In" above and log in with your membership number and password.
Q: What if my membership number doesn’t work?
- If you received your membership from a car dealership click here to log in.
- If you received your membership from National Seniors click here to log in.
- If you received your membership from Golfers Plus click here to log in.
If you have previously been to the website and logged in you can retrieve your password. If you have not previously been to the website click on first time login and try your member number including the prefix shown on your member card. If your member number still doesn't work email us or call 1300 368 846.
Q: How do I get access to the services?
Only active members will have access to the services. Members receive a member pack with details for accessing all services. For information on specific benefits please log in to the member area and search for that benefit.

You can access the phone based services by calling the number on your member card of 1300 368 846.
Q: For the Internet site, do I need a password to accompany the membership number?
Yes. If you have previously been to the website and logged in you can retrieve your password. If you have not previously been to the website click on first time login and try your member number including the prefix shown on your member card.
Q: How do I use the coupons in the member booklet?
Simply tear out the coupon and present it to the merchant to receive your discount. You may need to present your member card and as merchants change from time to time you can find an updated list of merchants in the member only section of this website.
Q: How can I keep up to date with any merchant changes or special offers?
This member website has an up to date list of all offers and benefits in [program_name]]. You can also register to receive the regular member e-newsletter including discounts and specials.
Q: I just can’t work out what I should do with the phone or Internet?
